From my initial booking almost a year ago, Jessica was a superstar - always quick to respond to emails, attentive to every detail, and willing to assist with anything we needed. Upon our arrival in Mexico, she greeted us warmly at the property, ensuring a smooth check-in process and remained available throughout our entire stay for any queries or support we required. I would like to thank you for all of the amazing service that I have received throughout 2022. You are always quick to respond to my calls and text, you always fit my emergencies into your schedule and most importantly I appreciate the great attitude from you guys. It's not just the gardens and fumigation that I rely on you to do, but the other things like running to my house to grab a copy of my ID, or take my car for a spin to charge up the battery. You do a lot of little behind the scenes things to make my life stress free. As I prepare to return to Canada for the next 18 months I know I won't have to worry about anything down South.
