Every property has its own specific requirements, and our property managers are more than happy to discuss every detail with you and make sure each aspect of the property is being properly taken care of.
We schedule a meeting, whether in-person or over Zoom, to discuss what level of service will give you peace of mind that your Cabo home is safe and maintained. At this point, we create a schedule with you for your bill payments, inspections, and other services, as well as discuss with you the finer points about taking care of your property.
When the service package has been finalized, our team member will curate an online library for your property through OneDrive. This will provide you with 24/7 access to your inspections, receipts, statement of accounts and more, in an organized, compiled, and readily available library.
We will also open a bank account with you that will be used to pay bills, vendors, make purchases for the property, etc. This is a process that typically begins on a Monday and ends on Friday, and must be completed before services can begin.
With most packages, our team member will then perform an Initial Comprehensive Inspection. This is an opportunity for yourself and our team member to identify key areas of importance, and to ensure focus from the property manager on those things that are truly special to you. It is also when our team member will assess the state of the property and familiarize themselves with the inner workings, including irrigation zones and programs, plant identification, pool filter types and models, water softener levels and filter age, and much more.
Ensure your home is always being looked after to the highest standard. We handle:
Bill Payment - Payment for utilities, fideicomisu, property tax, and regular services.
Receipt documentation - Scanned copies of all receipts pertaining to the property, available through your curated online library.
Statement of Accounts - A record of payments and incomes pertaining to the property, available through your curated online library.
Schedule/Maintenance Record - A schedule pertaining to the property, including bill payment dates, mini-visit dates, garden and pool service days (if applicable), client arrival and departure dates, and more. Maintenance record of filter replacements, cistern cleanings, A/C servicing, and any other maintenance work pertaining to the property.
Homes are a lot of upkeep, and in Mexico that is only compounded by the constant sun and humidity. We offer:
Comprehensive Inspections - An extensive inspection of the property, with all data and photos recorded on our inspection form. Our inspection form is tailored for every property to ensure every detail is being looked after.
Mini-Visit Inspections - A basic inspection of the interior and exterior of the property, focused on security and utility waste. Includes monthly running of household appliances in the event that you are away from your Cabo property for long periods of time.
Basic Maintenance - Lightbulb replacement, yearly kitchen knife sharpening, hinge lubricating/tightening, post-blackout resets, battery replacements and more.
Furniture Moving - The moving of outdoor/patio furniture from outside areas to designated storage areas on the property. Furniture is moved inside after departure to avoid sun and weather damage, and returned to their normal placement before arrival.
Solar Panel Cleaning - Removal of dust/dirt build-up on your solar panels to maximize efficiency.
3rd Party Procurement - A high quality list of subcontractors to keep your property in great shape. (10% commission rate)
Clearview offers an array of luxury concierge services, so you can enjoy Cabo to the fullest. We offer:
Airport Trips - Rides to and from the airport, when available. (Additional cost of $40 per trip applies). If unavailable, we will organize a driver to meet you at the airport.
Receiving Shipments - Attendance at the property to receive shipments when necessary. ($35 base charge, additional $20 for every hour over 2 hours)
Housekeeping - Organizing housekeeping as per your needs. One-time cleanings $5+cost. Part-time cleaning (1-3 days per week) $25+cost. Full-time cleaning (4+ days per week) $125+cost.
Recommendations & Reservations - Restaurant and excursions recommendations and reservations.
Pre-Arrival Grocery Shop - A pre-arrival grocery shop ensuring you have everything you need for your first day back in paradise. Grocery cost not included. Addiitional cost applies: 30% with a minimum of $25.
Welcome Packages - Your choice of fruit platter, charcuterie board, and chips and dips, as well as flowers and your beverage of choice. Grocery cost not included. Additional cost applies: $40.
Have your home 100% prepared for hurricane season. We handle:
Hurricane Preparation - Includes moving potted plants inside, moving loose/hanging decorations inside, removal of outdoor fans, leaving solid gates ajar, electric/accordion shutters put into place, and towels placed in front of doors.
Hurricane Shutter set-up and takedown - Have all your pre-existing hurricane shutters put into place before hurricane season, and have them all taken down before yours or your guests first arrival. (Cost not included)
Post-Hurricane Assessment - A thorough inspection of the property to ascertain damage, with all data and photos recorded on our inspection form.

Ad-Posting/Correspondence - The advertising of your property on various sites, and communication with potential renters.
House Manual - Have a professionally made manual curated for your home, to ensure guests and renters have all the information they need - from how to operate pool functions to house codes and passwords.
Inventory - Create a complete home inventory before renting - bed linens, dishes and silverware, devices and remotes, and more!
Make sure that the other investments in your Cabo-life are looked after as well, and that you have a working car to come back to. We maintain vehicles and generators by offering:
Battery Charging - Trickle charge for your car/generator when necessary.
Registration and Insurance Renewal (car only) - Renewal of your vehicles insurance and registration. (Cost not included)
Monthly Short Drives/Start-Ups - Monthly short drives or start-ups of your vehicle and generator every month.
Our pool service includes everything from pool vacuuming to chemical balancing. We keep track of when your filters were replaced and provide a regular cleaning schedule. We know relaxing by the pool is a Cabo-must, so we make sure to stop by for a cleaning the day before your arrival as well!
